Thanks for visiting!

The Universal Temple of Peace and Love is a non-denominational Spiritual Temple based in Traditional African and Kemetic teachings.  The Temple was incorporated as a Church in the State of Michigan in 2007, and received a 501(c)3 Public Charity approval by the IRS in 2009.  We began servicing our community on the streets of Detroit in 2004 providing study groups, neighborhood security, and healthy lifestyle training.  We have continued to expand the Temple over the past 7 years while maintaining our overall purpose, goals, and structure as follows:

House of Maat

We provide life skills training and counseling through work readiness programs. We encourage the mutual exchange of cultural wisdoms through the study of ancient ancestral civilizations and their present day relevance.  We encourage maintaining a balance between technology, the environment, and human consciousness development.

House of Ptah

We  support the establishment of a network of subsidiary community organizations and activists engaged in conscious global entrepreneurial opportunities.

House of Tehuti

We promote global humanitarian and infrastructure development projects by establishing relationships with healers and spiritualists from other indigenous cultures.

Our affiliates have volunteered their spiritual gifts to assist the Temple in it’s fundraising efforts.  They donate products and services that encourage the spirit of self-sufficiency among our members and community groups.  They are committed to providing quality, natural products and services, and using ethical business practices as an example of how to truly revitalize community spirit.  Donations are tax deductible.
